This single storey home extension was completed in 2005. The living space within the house was considerably increased by building out onto the former unused side garden.	Access to the patio and rear garden was maintained by the use of bespoke hardwood double glazed patio doors. Double glazing was also used for the rear windows.
The render compliments the existing house style. The roof was given a gentle pitch to preserve internal room height and velux windows were added for improved natural light throughout the space. All building work, heating systems, insulation, plumbing, guttering and electrical wiring complied to building regulations and the patio was re-placed with natural sandstone.
